Pet Play Works is a trading brand operated by Solvra Global, a business registered in the United Kingdom. Customer support is available at hello@petplayworks.com.

Products and safe use

Product images and colours can vary slightly by screen and production batch. Product dimensions, materials, age guidance and supervision requirements shown in the listing form part of the product information.

Pet toys and enrichment products are not indestructible. Customers must select an appropriate size, supervise use, inspect products regularly and remove any damaged item. Content on the site is general information, not veterinary or medical advice.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the relevant market. Shipping, discounts and applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an order can be declined or cancelled before fulfilment if payment fails, stock is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurs or fraud checks cannot be completed.

Delivery, returns and responsibility

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, although we will provide reasonable support when a parcel is delayed or lost. The separate Delivery and Returns pages explain the applicable process. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s location.

Website use and changes

Pet Play Works branding, original copy and creative assets may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. We may update the catalogue, site and these terms as the business develops. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless a mandatory legal requirement says otherwise.
